Instead of copying a number from a directory into your dashboard, you scan the page, pick the numbers you want, and the agent starts calling.
Is the Chrome extension free?: Yes. The extension itself is free to install and use with any Leadvox AI account. Calls placed through it consume credits from your wallet at exactly the same rate as calls placed from the dashboard — there is no extra charge for using the extension.
Does the extension read pages in the background?: No. The extension has no content scripts, which means it cannot read a page unless you explicitly click "Scan this page for numbers". Nothing is collected as you browse, and no page content is sent anywhere until you ask for a scan.
How do I connect the extension to my account?: Install it from the Chrome Web Store, then open Chrome Extension in your Leadvox AI dashboard and click "Generate connection code". If the extension is already installed it connects automatically; otherwise paste the one-time code into the extension. Each device gets its own code and can be disconnected individually at any time.
Which numbers can it detect?: It detects Indian mobile and landline numbers written in any of the common formats — with or without the +91 country code, spaces, hyphens or brackets. Numbers that aren't valid Indian phone numbers are ignored rather than listed.
Can I call several numbers at once?: Yes. Select multiple numbers from the scan results and the extension queues them, respecting your plan's concurrency limit and your account's business-hours setting — the same rules that apply to a campaign launched from the dashboard.
Does it work on Firefox or Safari?: Not currently. The extension is published for Chrome and Chromium-based browsers such as Edge, Brave and Arc. You can still place calls from the Leadvox AI dashboard in any browser.
