Terms of Service

Leadvox AI ("Leadvox," "we," "us") provides a platform for businesses to build and run AI voice calling agents, connect messaging and lead channels (WhatsApp, Facebook Lead Ads), and optionally book meetings via a connected Google Calendar. Features, plans, and pricing are described on our pricing page and may change over time.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. If you invite team members, you're responsible for the permissions you grant them and for their use of your company's account.

You agree not to use Leadvox to:

• Call, message, or contact anyone without the legal basis or consent required under applicable law in the jurisdictions you operate in — you are responsible for complying with telemarketing, robocalling, and consent laws that apply to your calling campaigns.
• Send unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or deceptive communications.
• Impersonate a person or organization, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or another customer's data.
• Use the platform to process special-category data (e.g. health, financial account credentials) without appropriate safeguards.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

Leadvox records calls placed and received through the platform as part of the service. You are responsible for ensuring your use of call recording complies with the consent and disclosure laws that apply to you and the people you call — including informing callers that the call may be recorded and that they may be speaking with an AI agent, where required.

Connecting WhatsApp Business, Facebook Lead Ads, or Google Calendar links Leadvox to a third-party account you control and authorize. Your use of those integrations is also subject to that provider's own terms. Disconnecting an integration from your dashboard revokes Leadvox's access to it.

Plans are billed on the cycle shown at checkout (3, 6, or 12 months). Outbound calling draws from a pay-as-you-go credit balance funded through Razorpay; call charges are deducted based on duration and the AI engine/voice used. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Leadvox and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you upload (contacts, knowledge base documents, campaign scripts) and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service to you.

The platform is provided "as is." AI-generated conversation is not guaranteed to be error-free, and you're responsible for reviewing agent configuration and knowledge base content before relying on it for anything commercially or legally binding. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadvox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above; continued use of Leadvox after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
