Chrome Extension Privacy Policy

1. The extension never reads a page automatically
The extension has no code that runs on pages you visit by default. It only ever reads a page's text when you explicitly click "Scan this page for numbers" inside the extension's popup — a one-time, user-triggered action (Chrome's activeTab permission), not a script that runs continuously or on every site you browse.
2. What that scan looks for, and what happens to it
When you trigger a scan, the extension searches the visible text of the current tab for phone-number-shaped sequences and lists them for you to pick from inside the popup. This happens entirely inside your browser — the page's content is never sent to Leadvox's servers or stored anywhere. Only the specific number you choose to call, and which of your AI agents should make that call, is ever transmitted — and only when you click Call.
3. What the extension stores, and where
After you connect the extension to your Leadvox account, it stores a connection token in Chrome's extension-local storage (chrome.storage.local) — sandboxed to the extension itself, never accessible to the pages you visit. You can disconnect any device at any time from your Leadvox dashboard's Chrome Extension settings, which immediately invalidates that device's access.
4. What gets sent to Leadvox, and when
The extension talks to Leadvox's own servers (leadvoxai.com) only to: place a call (the phone number and chosen agent), check on a call's status so it can notify you when it's done, and list the AI agents available on your account. Calls placed from the extension are billed and logged exactly the same way as calls placed from the Leadvox dashboard, and appear in your account's Call Logs.
5. What the extension does not do
- It does not run on every page you visit — only on explicit request.
- It does not collect browsing history.
- It does not sell, share, or use scanned page content for advertising.
- It does not modify the content of any page you visit.
